| It's a good old Russian tradition to make winter tea ceremony. Tea making ritual in Russian way needs friendly chat and teapot of tremendous size. Red lobsters and other appetizers (see picture above) hint to famous Russian strong drink. However, we used to be alcohol free because of moral fiber and warm weather. | ||||

For pouring tea in Russian way take 1/2 pound of tea leaves and mix it with dried black current leaf or pinch of Siberian mint and place its in a preheated pot decorated with blue and white enamel. |

Permit
the mixture to steep not less than 3 and not more than 5 minutes. Serve
the tea promptly stirring and straining.
Sugar or lemon? - Yes, if you don't have trouble with overweight. If temperature will be about -10C try to add good portion rum or cognac. It also brings fresh theme for chatting. |
