 Russian cold beet soup for hot summer named Svekolnik. Very delicious! We make it in Tokyo. See pic.

Svekolnik is a Russian cold soup. We eat it in siummer's midday sun For making this soup we need

boiled: beef, beet, eggs - -all  minced. Beet broth need to be cooled.
All ingridients are mixed well. Add  spring onions and cucumbers, parsley and dill,

spoon of  sour-cream for each plate   And it is ready for serving. -Double serving? With pleasure!
